I, the undersigned participant, acknowledge that spearfishing involves inherent risks, including but not limited to drowning, equipment failure, marine life encounters, and diving-related injuries. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participating in the 2025 Beaver Lake Spearfishing Tournament.

I hereby release, waive, and discharge the tournament organizers, sponsors, volunteers, and Beaver Dam Park from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury that may be sustained by me while participating in this tournament.

I certify that I am physically fit to participate in this event and have not been advised otherwise by a qualified medical person. I acknowledge that I must follow all tournament rules, safety protocols, and applicable laws and regulations.
